Hi, I’m Lucy and I specialise in newborn, baby, birthday milestones and family photography.

I am passionate about my genre for many reasons, one of which is the way photographs remind us of people, places, feelings and gives us all a sense of identity and belonging in a family unit. A child that has family photographs up in their home gives them a connection to their story as well as showing them how they have changed over the years. I feel privileged that I can capture all of that for you during my photo sessions.

My studio is set in a private, idyllic spot in the Devonshire countryside, near Exeter, away from all the day to day hustle and bustle, which creates a relaxing atmosphere while we take our time at your session. There’s ample free parking, no pressure, clock watching or stress. You can be you.

I have 3 young children myself, so I understand how tiring motherhood can be and the importance of patience and treating each baby differently to suit their needs. I want you as a family to feel relaxed in my studio and your children to feel at home, so we can capture them at their best. My sessions are always baby/child led as I want you to enjoy the whole experience of coming for a shoot with me. (Being able to have a hot drink, a biscuit and some adult conversation always goes down a treat too).

Your baby is the most precious being to you and I know that trusting your photographer is a big deal. You want your baby to feel safe and comfortable, happy and relaxed. I have had training with two of the top photographers in my field and continue to develop my skills, not only to give you the best images I can of your baby but to also give you peace of mind that the safety of your child is at the top of my list.
